What is the benefit of project Management?

By allowing SMS to handle your project management requirements, you save time and energy that could be focused on other priorities. We will do it at a fair price, with fast service that fits your project needs with little time and stress on your part.

Assembly

We can do light assembly in-house. Any operations that do not fall within our capability are outsourced to trusted and proven vendors. This saves you time and resources by not having to search for multiple vendors and issuing multiple purchase orders. We take care of it all for you under one PO.

Anodizing

Anodizing is a coating that gets applied to aluminum and can be applied in various colors. It’s available in type II, and type III hard-coat. This process does not penetrate deeply, but it keeps the aluminum from oxidizing.

Black Oxide

Black oxide is a coating that is applied to steel to seal it and slow the process of oxidation. It helps to keep your parts from rusting as fast as they would if they were left untreated, lengthening the life span of your machined parts.

Powder Coating

Powder coating is a type of coating that is applied as a free-flowing, dry powder. Unlike conventional liquid paint, which is delivered via an evaporating solvent, powder coating is typically applied electrostatically and then cured under heat or with ultraviolet light.

Heat Treat

Heat treating is a group of industrial, thermal, and metalworking processes used to alter the physical, and sometimes chemical, properties of a material. Hardening, tempering, and annealing are a few.
